Margaret Wagner

My name is Margaret K. Wagner and for nearly 15 years I have been dedicated to representing individuals charged with crimes in the State of Florida ranging from all felonies such as murder, sexual battery, trafficking in illegal substances, and gun crimes to various misdemeanors, including Driving Under the Influence and theft charges.

I am experienced in dealing with minimum mandatory sentences along with criminal enhancements. Prior to entering private practice in 2012, I was an Assistant Public Defender in Indian River County and Brevard County for almost six years.

My firm is now located in downtown Melbourne but, I represent individuals in various counties throughout the State. I have handled thousands of criminal cases during my career and have represented dozens of individuals in numerous jury trials. My goal is to make sure that your rights are protected and that you receive the most zealous representation possible.
